♦ Commission Process ♦

-After accepting a commission, I usually try to start working on it within the first two months.
-Every step of the way [sketch-lineart-colors-shading] I will send you progress updates and wait to continue until you request changes or approve the WIP.
-For custom designs, after the lineart stage I will create a batch of ~3-6 different designs. You may then pick the one you like the most, request a mix of two, request a mix-n-match of all versions, or request more test designs if you give me more information!
-Requesting medium to large edits after previously approving the step [ex. pose change after approving sketch/lineart] may require additional payment depending on the size of the edit.
-You can track your commission's progress on my public Trello

♦ Payment ♦

-I accept USD/PLN through PayPal invoices.
-Sometimes I may offer alternative payment methods such as Steam games or Discord Nitro, or GG/SR/CC ARPG items -- check the FAQ for more information.
-Payment is expected after the commission hits the final stage unless otherwise requested before accepting. You will only be given the finished drawing after paying.

-Will draw: Feral/Anthro/Humanoid characters, scenes of nature, complicated designs, fanart, OC x fanart
-Will not draw: Real life people, 18+/romantic/suggestive/NSFW themes, nudity, machinery/mecha, gore, hateful content, big chests, vehicles
-May have difficulty with: Muscular and bald humanoids, city backgrounds, action scenesI retain the right to deny any commission I may find uncomfortable with drawing for any reason. Including if I don't feel like I could do the commission justice!

Experimental style involves the usage of textures, halftones, and blocks of color as shading. Only available as shaded headshots/fullbodies.

You may not reuse the rejected designs without contacting me to discuss it beforehand, but I will also never reuse them by myself.Note that I do not make humanoid customs, only anthro/feral!

Please read through the terms carefully. By commissioning me or purchasing a character directly from me, you agree to these conditions.

♦ Payment ♦

-I accept USD/PLN through PayPal invoices.
-Payment is expected after the commission hits the final stage unless otherwise requested before accepting. You will only be given the finished drawing after paying
-Upon chargebacking or refusing to pay for an agreed upon art commission or adoptable you will lose any and all rights to use said art or character. You are not allowed to display, use, or reference any unpaid art. Chargebacked or unpaid character designs, whether premade or custom, will be resold and you will lose all rights to use them.

♦ Commission-Specific Rules & Refunds Policy ♦

-Commission prices are subject to change at any time. An already accepted commission's price will not change.
-If you are unhappy with the commission's result, please contact me to fix the issue. I can make some changes to the commission, but larger edits will require additional payment.
-There is no set limit to how many changes you may request during the process of making your commission -- however, if the progress becomes stagnant due to the sheer amount of requests, I may request additional fees. As an example, being undecided on the hairstyle you want for your design, or requesting several pose tweaks during the sketch stage is fine. Requesting color overhauls or any big changes in the middle of the commision, and providing little set details is not.
-Finished commissions can only receive edits for additional fees -- for example, requesting a hair style change a week after the commission's been over.
-Mistakes made by me, such as missing details in a character's design, colors bleeding out of lineart, etc, are always free to fix.
-I can refund your commission after at least 4 months have passed since the last update was sent to you. If the commission has already been started or paid, please message me to discuss the refund %.
-You are allowed to cancel the commission at any stage, however you will lose all rights to the started artwork or design. You may not commission another artist, use AI technology, or yourself finish the cancelled artwork.
-Payment methods such as Steam games and Discord Nitro are non-refundable.

♦ General ♦

-I retain the rights to all and any artwork I create. Artwork I create may be uploaded to social media and shown off for portfolio reasons.
-Breaking any of the rules will result in blacklisting you.
-I do not allow my art and designs to be made into or associated with cryptocurrency, blockchain-related technology and NFTs [Non Fungible Tokens].
-I will not draw characters designed by AI technology, or whose references have been made using AI.
-If you need the commission finished by a certain date, state so upfront. I am not obligated to follow deadlines that have not been stated upfront. Requesting a deadline for a commission may require an additional priority fee depending on how much time is given to complete the art.
-You may request a piece to be kept fully private and not posted on any social media, or added to portfolios. Digital Paintings may require a small fee for privacy, as they're an important addition to my portfolio. All art is subject to be posted to social media by default.

♦ Artwork Rules ♦

-You musn't claim my artwork as your own.
-You musn't trace, edit or heavily reference any of my artwork without my direct, written permission.
-You may upload art made for you/my art of your characters on any website, use it as an avatar or signature/banner. Credit is required for the former, but for avatars/banners it's not required.
-You musn't remove watermarks from my art.
-I am not comfortable with my art being used as tattoos.

♦ Design Rules Rules ♦

-These rules apply to all character designs made by me.
-By obtaining a design you get the full rights to them, including commercial rights as long as what you're doing does not break these TOS [namely association with cryptocurrency and NFTs].
-Once you own a character I've designed, you may edit the design as much as you'd like [ex. changing the species, gender, color scheme, marking] as long as I'm credited for the original, and you're not directly editing my own art.
-You musn't design 'breedables' or separate characters based off my design.
-You musn't sell/trade/gift alternative color palettes or versions of my design separately - they must be traded with the original design.
-You may sell, gift and trade the character only after it's been fully paid off.
-You may sell the character for as much as you'd like, even without any additional art and no matter how you've obtained it. However, if you're found to be abusing this by purchasing customs for cheap and selling them for profit you will be blacklisted.

Either because I'm uncomfortable with drawing the subject [NSFW], or I lack the experience in drawing it. I do not want to accept commissions I lack confidence in, as I do not want to learn on the fly or end up with an unsatisfying result.♦ How often do you send commission updates? ♦
I send updates when I'm done with every step of the commission [sketch-lineart-colors-shading for regular commissions, sketch-lineart-test designs-final design for custom designs, sketch-color test-flat colors-mid painting shot for digital paintings]. I try to send quick updates if something comes up and the commission might be pushed back due to real life circumstances.♦ Why do you take so long with commissions? ♦
Commissions are not my job, but a fun thing I might do in my spare time. I try to be as professional as I can, but if you're looking for a one-week turnaround, another artist might be your best bet.♦ I'm unhappy with the final result. Is there anything I can do? ♦
If you're unhappy with the finished commission despite all the progress shots, you can always contact me to talk about our options -- namely, paying an extra fee for small to medium changes after completion.
